Hiya everyone.
I really need your help on this one.
First of all, I have to mention types of injuries that might occur in a gym.
Secondly, I have to mention how I can give first aid to the injured.
Hit me with everything you got. Thank you.

Types of injuries: muscle tears primarily-pec,shoulder,quads. But also overuse injuries like tendonitis are really common esp in the shoulder, tricep and bicep area and the groin can become a problem with some individuals who squat. You also occasionally see broken ribs or bruised sternum from bouncing the bar off the chest in bench press. The main first aid you can do is RICE REST-immobilise the injury,ie get the person to STOP what they are doing ICE-get something cold onto the injury site to reduce swelling COMPRESSION-if it is possible ELEVATION-like a sprained ankle for example,it should be elevated
Then get them to a doctor or advise them to do that.
