I am to lazy to start a bunch of threads so I got about four questions ans one comment...after I check on my Red Baron supreme...hehehe....damn good pizza....Tyrosine...am I retarded or what, it seems to make me mellow....also for you vets I got the Frank Zane newsletter yesterday and apparently some guy named Dave draper has a good site ans a new book of the golden days.

His new book is called west coast bodybuilding and is a compilation of Dick TYler articles between 65 and 71. I do not know much about the old days so I might have to check it out. one other question I have been having slight pain above my left knee where the outer quad ends. do you have any ideas. I cannot tell if it is muscle or tendon. it is making me paranoid of my next leg day.

Cake, Where `ya been? I got a link here somewhere about "West Coast Bodybuilding Scene" also!! You gotta` get over here more often! I really couldn`t venture a guess about the knee but I will say go easy and if it doesn`t get better soon see a doctor. It`s never a good idea to let something go too long without a doctor`s visit. I hope it`sc nothing serious bro. |
