Great article Tim. Loads of good information without the usual overload of details some writers use. Get too technical and readers will bail. This gives them the basics that they can understand and the "I can do that" feeling leaving. Good job.

I hear about the scientific jargon, you have to get a dictionary just to figure out what it means ...that was a real good article. I love working out but am no where near as dedicated as most people when it comes to nutrition. I have always drank lots of water and eat one or two big meals...now I am eating four smaller meals and mor carbs and it is better and actually reducing my bodyfat. I do not compete but wanna get and maintain a muscular looking body...who wouldn't. JC
