Finally got the car on the road... thank God!
Guess where I`ll be first thing tomorrow?
I can`t wait to get back in the gym. This has been a bit*h training at home, and a bit of a setback, especially on legs, but I will never bit*h about how sh*tty my gym is again.
Well maybe I`ll cut down on the bit*hing a little bit!! ;D
Damn ,I feel good again.

Yeah, I`ll start with legs and back, hit chest and shoulders on Fri.,then arms on Sat.,then back to a set schedule again on Mon. If I can move.
The past few months sucked and the last few weeks my motivation really waned so I trained wnenever I could muster up a little motivation.
I lost a bit but not too much, and it will come back fast.

Is there any other way? actually I`ve learned to play it smart over the years and ease back into training after a bit of downtime. I`ll start a journal in the training section, and turn up the intensity a bit every week, until I`m training like a psycho again. In the past I would come back and just overtrain being so enthusiastic which was totally stupid. Live and learn!!

Wooo..good for you. Up there were you are, not having a car is a real biggie. Enjoy the soreness.... ...now how many people would understand that at all?

Only us,and other demented folks just like us!! ;D Thanks bro! isnt that the truth. my wife and mother in law always ask why i work so hard to inflict pain on myself. however, they do know that the day after leg day i will be relativly worthless. my wife always knows when leg day is since i always try to take her to the bedroom right after a shake (protein) and a shower ;D ;D ;D

Cake, My wife has a ton of friends up here but I only know a few people through her. We got rides to and from the grocery store and places but I don`t know any one good enough to expect them to take me to the gym 4 days a week. If I was back home in civilization I would have took a freakin` bus. Up here in the winter without a car tyou`re screwed.I could have gotten one much sooner but I had to pay back property taxes my wife never paid when she was in Massdachusettes for a while. damn women. Oh yeah Cake...my "good" car is a beater car bro! ;D

Way to go, Tim. Have limited bus service around here. So a car is a necessity for chores, training, etc.
Sure the gym manager was glad to see you.
