I have noticed an increase in the number of guests on the board lately, and I would like to take the time to invite you to join and share your training and fitness experiences with us.
The more people, the more we can all learn.
If you choose not to join,I hope you enjoy the board anyway.

Tim,
An odd situation, these internet forums! People gather to watch and read but only a small percentage participate by posting.
I have tried various ways to stimulate response, and of course giving away items always gets response, but when the gifts are gone so is the interest (if it was really there to begin with).
Hang in there, you are doing a good job!
Please send me my free toaster now! ;D

Since I posted this message I have gotten 6 more "lurkers" to join just overnight.
They are friends from Ironage and Mayhem,and all good guy`s.
I never wanted it to look as if I was "begging" for members when I started, but yesterday I had 17 guests on the board and 11 at another time yesterday, so I figired I`d try to get them to join up.
Also Cakeater, a member here, plugged the board on Mayhem to good responses.
I appreciate all who have joined coming aboard, and I encourage others to do the same.
I`ve got a great group of people here so far, and it can only get better with these kinds of people posting and joining.
Thanks for the kind words Joe,and thank you for being here also.

Guests and lurkers, also encourage you to join in and register. Tim has an outstanding forum with great info and BB photos. Not to mention mouth watering recipes, lol.

Tim, I hear you bro. As word gets out of the quality board that you run membership will increase. With all of the different forums out there its just a slow process.

Just thought i'd 'bump' this again. I was logged on today as the only user and there were 15 guests! Come on guys, only takes a minute to register  There a good mix of members here across the whole range of experiences and knowledge. Why not come and add top the mix? |
