Legion, I get that at times when there is no one on the site. It doesn`t happen too often ,but when it does wait a minute or so then refresh your browser.
I don`t know why this happens, but I do apoligize for it.
Thanks.

Too many connections on the server isnt a particular website. A server can serve multi sites all at once. For all you know you are on the same server as Pamela Anderson website and SHE is getting all the queries

I just pinged your address <207.44.240.78> and sent 4 data packages. All were received and returned. The average speed was 71 milli-seconds. So you are fine and dandy Just refresh like MikeKy said and everyone should befine <I did this 15:33 California time if it matters>.

thanks Jim,strangely enough,it happens when I`m on here alone or if there is 12 people on the board.
It used to happen a lot ,then stopped,I hope it stop`s again soon, as it`s annoying as hell.

That "TOO MANY CONNECTIONS" warning message is there for a reason Tim. I can't remember the big explanation but anyone of your members including yourself Tim, should wait 30secs before 'REFRESHING' the page. If you don't obey the command, your site could crash because of the number of connections to your site. It will always be there i'm afraid. I get it too.

Tim, I also checked on this problem and it seems the old servers cannot handle the amount of high traffic. The "Too many connections" prevents the server from crashing. Tim your exponential growth has caused problems. ;D
The problem will be resolved when they upgrade their systems and buy new servers!

Thanks Sharon, but as jim said the same server hosts a lot of different sites at the same time.
I highly doubt it`s caused by mine as it happens when I`m the only one on here lately.
I`m hoping it will clear up like it did in the past.Until then I`ll be pissed . It hasn`t really occured inmonths, until recently. Oh well, what are you gonna` do?

It is a shame, because your site is drawing more viewers and they lose patience with having to hit the back button! Hopefully, they will update their servers sometime soon.

Thanks Jim. actually it seems not too bad for the last couple of hours or so,unless it`s just me. The board is free ,and if/when I get a few more members ,I will look intop paying for the site without the advertising and by doing so at least I can bit*h about it to someone if it continues. I really appreciate everyone`s patience with this as there really isn`t much I can do about it presently. Thanks .

Tim, If you go to a pay board why don't you set up a PayPal account and any of us who wished could donate a buck or two to help out. I have gained much from you and the site and I am sure I am not the only one.

Jim, due to my former life of drinking and idiocy I have no credit cards presently, and use only cash. If I can`t afford something I save to get it or I just don`t get it at all.
Thank you for the thought though,I appreciate it.
I actually enjoy helping people out with the little bit that I`ve learned through the years, and I look at it as a labor of love, and giving back a little in my own way to a pastime/sport that I give credit for actually saving my life.
It rain/advise a ton of people over the web for no payment and people say I should charge but I could care less.
A little dramatic perhaps but none the less true.
Thanks again bro.

Tim. You don't need to worry about extra members joining your board. These boards are programmed to hold thousands of members, maybe even a million if i remember correctly.
