Here`s my take on the top 10 best foods for building muscle . 1.-Eggs,2.-Chicken ,3.-Lean Beef,4.-Fish,5.-Green Leafy Vegetables,6.-Yogurt,7.-Bananas,8.-Yams,9.-Brown Rice. There are a lot more ,feel free to add your foods to my list.

I want to put my list up too....but even though i haven't reach my six pack goal yet...i feel as a beginer....this is a list that I would make for people who are cutting. 1. EGG whites 2. Chicken Breast Skinless 3. Fish (Tuna, Salmon ) 4. All Vegetables besides Peas, Corns, or too much carrots. (include Onion as All Vegetable....even though it isn't exactly green.) 5.Brown Rice (for the weight train days) 6. Round Tip or Top Round Beef ( leaness possible cut from the cow ) 7. Oatmeal ( breakfast carbs) 8. Cottage Cheese (last meal of the day) 9. Turkey Breast 10. Shrimps Of course this doesn't go in order....really..except maybe EGGS..as i think it is #1 for its versatility to become your main meal...and the variety of ways you can cook it. Plus...EGGS are my favorite foods. For Bulk diet 1. EGGS (whole or white) 2. Round Steaks 3. Chicken Breast 4. Turkey Breast 5. Bananas 6. all kinds of potato like starch carbs (sweet, yams, potatoes) 7. Nuts....all except peanuts. but include Peanut butter or almond butter..or what not 8. Brown Rice 9. MIlk 10. Muscle building veggies (hehe....spinach, broccoli, anything green.)

I'm personally jeolous of bulking diet..cause they can eat so much....while cutting diet it is alot more strict. Man...those peanut butter....
