Ever find yourself out of the house with no food? If so, you should make a point to always carry some food with you at all times.Keep some Tupperware cotainers of chicken & baked potatoes,a shaker jar with protein powder(Just add water),some protein bars in your glove compartment(Only in a pinch),rice cakes etc.You should be eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, without fail.Nutrition is about 75 % of bodybuilding, so remember to eat wherever you are.ever see the guy`s who workout and eat whatever they feel like eating? It`s usually pizza for protein, and beer for carbs. ;DThey think they are bodybuilder`s but they`re not!!

It's a lifestyle....24/7. Not something you do once in awhile.
Just like the guy "wanna be" working the biceps like crazy...and has chicken legs. See him every day...and wonders why his physique hasn't changed. Overhear his conversation with his Wanna Be frinds, " yea man, when I was at the bar last night.....", etc. Walking in with their Star Bucks Venti Mocha's and talking on their cell phones. Haven't changed a thing in years.
That's why, when I get to the gym, I tell my wife:
" You better tell all these children to get off MY equipment, because I'M A BODYBUILDER, and I'M not here to play!"
I put on my torn sweat shirt, pull my "House of Pain" skull cap down above my eyes, lock in some Black Sabbath....and head into the pool of steel.
These children better go play in the shallow end, where the "lightweights" are.....because I'm here to do battle! They may just drown in my sweat!
children.......all children.

Good point Tim!
Another exemple: Last year, the athletes meeting/registration of a show I did last more than 4 hours (horrible I know), and some of the competitors didnt have nothing to eat with them! In my opinion, when you have been dieting for 4 months and you are 1 day out from the show, the last thing you need to do is to forget your cooler… you just never know when you'll get stocked somewhere, so dont take any chances!
I would also add that the best way not to have craving for non-diet food, is too eat often… It's true, the only time i'm tempted to say "F--- the diet, i want to eat some McDonald's" is when it's been more than 3 hours since my last meal!
