This morning I added a new section to the board just for posting videos so that we can keep them altogether.
I also searched the forum and moved any videos posted previously into this section.
With the advent of youtube and www.ironvideos.com there are a ton of bodybuilding related videos we can post...........you can also post any other type of videos except pornographic material..............if porno is posted,it will be deleted ASAP.
