Man, this is a s-l-o-w lazy day for me.
I ate like a pig(so far ;D ) and took a nap.
All the boards are slow too,I guess some people have a life!
I just feel like kickin` back and chillin` out.

A life? whats that lmao i live practiclly in the forest so i see no new faces except when i go shopping even the gym here is empty almost all the time. so its just me training (one of the best hardcore gym in hte world i might add  ). pig out u lucky bast*rd if i could only pig out with even good food i would be happy. I need to weigh everything  . though now my weight is 210lbs i think so its pretty good. now im gonna eat my rise and fish and some veggies for the 6th time today |

Legion, I live out in the woods too,far from the nearest town, and with a quiet gym also. When I eat some pasta later I`ll think of you eating your fish!! ;D Greast dedication keep pumping bro!!  |

Lazy as hell for me too. I have been really stressed out as I almost had to take a job that I really did not want to do for the sake of my familys business. Last night I find out that I dont have to do it and I get 30 days to find something else to do. My family does construction and are going to start up a pest controll business and they wanted me to go learn the trade so I could run theirs. Add a guy with a pitchfork and Im in hell. I have been a four alarm douchebag because of it and last night I find out that Im in the clear. I slept like a baby and have taken 2 3-hour naps today. I missed my arm workout yesterday but am leaving now to do it with a much better attitude. I dont want to be rich, just happy and big. Im kind happy and kind big so I think Ill stay my chosen path.

Today was also a lazy day for me, I slept 12 hours last night, woke up went grocery shopping. Got home and ate and played football on my ps2 for a good amount of time. Today is my rest day from the gym, and day off from work. No complaints here

I had a good day for a change! Did legs early this morning. Then I took my nephew to see Day After Tomorrow. OMG, what an awesome movie!! A seat gripper, a heart stopper. And nothing really looks fake. Great special affects. Go see it!!
