Chris ..you saved me a whole lot of trouble....as now i won't have to spend 30min. trying to break 10 eggwhites!!....and you know ..i eat 20 egg whites a day..and when school comes around again...i won't have time!! Now i can just break and dump ...break and dump until 300mililiters or 1.25 cup of eggwhites. Thanks!!! It also gives me more of a consistant amount of eggs i'm actually eating...

Chris..i've measured my 10 eggwhites in a measuring cup. Carefully.....it shows 1 2/3 cup of whites in 10 whites....what is up with that??
I'll try again tomorrow..but my theory so far is that the eggs i buy at Sam's Club..the AA eggs...its 1/3cup = 2 eggwhites.

Remember that eggs are not identical so it's normal to have a bot of variation in size. Don't forget that the AA refers to the quality, not the size.
Here's a table that might help, it shows the number of eggs you need to make one cup. It shows for all size eggs (small thru jumbo) and for the whole egg, the white and the yolk.
To Make 1 Cup
EGG SIZE........WHOLE.....WHITES.....YOLKS Jumbo.................4..............5...............11 X-Large...............4..............6...............12 Large..................5..............7...............14 Medium...............5..............8...............16 Small...................6..............9...............18

Chris ..i've been having 10 whites with x-large eggs according to the chart you posted....and its filling up to 1 2/3 cup...should i lessen it.......? to 300ml? cause right now i'm eating 400ml of it. Or is 10 xlarge egg whites just fine?
although the box i buy it in..says Large EGGS. accordin to chart its extra large...hmm..i don't know..i'll do more measuring tomorrow...and see what the adverage amount is for the eggs i eat..

Max: Sounds fine as it is. Eggs aren't identical anway so your likely to find a small variation everytime you measure them.

yea..my official amount of eggwhites will be 1 2/3 cup.
Each time i crack 2 eggs...it happens to be around 1/3 cup.
And by the time i crack 6 eggs..its usually 1 cup.
5x2 eggs = 1/3 cup
10 eggs = 5/3 cup or 1 2/3cup
But here is the problem..how do i know the macronutrients of 2/3 cup of egg whites??
I know 1 egg white is 17cal. 3.5 protein.
But what's 1 2/3 cup eggwhites?
