I keep reading this everywhere....how eating fats slows down the process of Carbs and Protein being used or something.
So should i like avoid Salmon with BrownRice...or Tuna...as they contain fat. Or even Almonds in Oatmeal!!

No Max,some fats are good.
They are most likely talking about post-workout where you want a fast digesting protein like whey with fast digesting carbs.
This way it get`s to the damaged muscle cells quicker,fat would slow digestion thus defeating this purpose.

this rule realy only applies if the fats are mainly saturated...
if you mix Salmon with brown rice this is ok in fact the side effect of this is that the salmon will actually lower the GI responce from Brown rice....
