On my cutting cycle I've noticed that certain meals fill me up better than others. If I eat a meal and get very hungry 1.5 or 2 hours later, can I move on to the next meal? Also another reason I want to do this is that it's hard to fit in all the meals I'm supposed to, in one day. I guess I sleep in too late!

Mystic...i'm currently on a cutting cycle too... one mistake i think i used to make is eating too little or too much in one meal. All the meals should be evenly sized...providing you'll have an appetite for the next meal in 2 hours or so. If you heard the saying ...eat breakfast like a king.....ditch that when I cut. I eat 1/2 cup oat meal and 6 egg whites...thats it. Then 2hours later a Pita bread with some chicken in it...for lunch salad....see..they are all quite evenly sized.....nothing fills you up that much. You only need to eat the amount you feel satisfied....for the moment....but not full.
But if you eat too little you'll feel hungry early. That is why Eating VEGGIES is the best....it gives you a full feeling...but 2hours later..you'll be craving for some more.

Good advice Max,you`ve learned a lot.
I would wait at least two hours minimum but 21/2 to 3 iss best.
Like Max said you can eat a ton of veggies .
Other snacks while dieting couldd be:
Sugar -free Jello Air popped popcorn(I Cant Beleive It`s Not Butter Spray) celery stix carrot stix rice cakes with sugar-free jelly sugar -free popsicles
Just don`t go overboard or you will not reach your goals.

but as a priority of mine...i prefer not to do any snacking....but once you reach six pack...you can go ahead and eat a little here and there...i'll probably go ahead and eat Peanut Butter Sandwiches again ...when the time comes...until then..you can see what my current diet looks like on the Training Journals...i updated it....and this will be the diet i would go on for about 3 weeks...and i'll see what happens.

Thanks guys. I think now that I'm training more my appetite (test levels) will increase, thus making me more hungry. For example, today I was hungry only 1 hour after every meal, and I was even eating more than usual, go figure!
About those snacks, I stick to the diet verbatim, so I don't get an opportunity to snack. However, those sugar free popsickles (fudgesickles MMMmm), and sugar-free jello sounds like a great idea. They have no sugar and no carbs so I can eat them whenever, right?

i think beef jerky is junk....eat real beef instead. But for snack...i go for Almonds..good calcium

what the hell do you think BEEF jerky is make from??look up some recipes and make it yourself. you dont have to buy everything pre packaged oh ya try to find out where your almonds are coming from. california almonds have been linked to salmonilla(sp?) poisoning nationwide.

Sorry Jaxon if i insulted you or anything...but i was just saying....it is BETTER to have juicy beef than dry stuff. Like how people might prefer real bananas than banana chips...unless they are making trail mixes....sorry... Sorry...

Beef jerky tastes great! However, doesn't it have high of sodium content? Not that it matter that much, considering I drink so much water.

I don't think you need to worry about sodium wise...as long as you drink alot of water like you said. I would worry about it though when i do get six pack and planning on going to the water park or something to show off.. ;D

yes packaged jerky has a huge amout of sodium. they use it as a drying agent just to speed up the proccess. i still eat it as well as the stuff i make myself (usually dear meat in the winter). max, i didnt take it as an insult. sorry that it came off that way. just watch out for those almonds
