Input here would be great, but no need if there's not an answer or solution:
I am STARVING! haha. Have been sinc elast night and I just need to vent. I had a large portion of broccoli and a chicken breast at 7:00 last night. I was starving by 8. I had another Chicken breast and was starving by 9:30 again! Starving when I went to bed. I had my breakfast today at 5:30 and I was starving again by 6:30. I just want to eat! HAHAH! I'm not going to cheat because I finally feel like I'm getting leaned out, but I want to EAT.
It's almost 8! At 8 I get to swallow a can of tuna! Then, at 9:30 I get a protein shake (YEAH!) Then, finally, at 11:00 I get sweet relief w/ a sweet potato and a chicken breast.

Omega-3 my friend! The good fats. Buy some of the tablets and when you get hungry take one, you'll feel better. Or, just eat more protein, like some grilled chicken or a can of tuna.

At this point I actually find a protein shake to be kinda filling and comforting.
Prolly all in my head.

Drink the chocolate bannana flavor one ...hehe....everything you need...: protein, carbs, and caffeine to get you through your day. Drink once a day...(me...i don't drink protein shakes)

Omega 3's are great, but at this point eating 2-3 cans of tuna/day and salmon 2-3 times/week and taking flaxseed, I think if I take more, I'll end up smelling like a FISH! haha. Protein shakes do for about 40 minutes. Beef usually does it for me, but I'm trying to stay away from beef in accordance to Tim. It's Sunday and again, I am STARVING. Just did 45 minutes cardio - hard ass cardio. Having a shake now and in an hour I'll choke down some tuna or enjoy some eggs. Later.

Kyle, If you`re really dying eat some more of these items:
veggies salad air-popped popcorn with "I Can`t Beleive It`s Not Butter" spray rice cakes with sugar-free jelly sugar-free Jell-O
Drink water with the popcorn and rice cakes and they`ll swell in your stomach ,creating a sensation of fullness.
Also brushing the teeth when hungry will sometimes help to curb the appetite.
You can eat quite a bit of the above foods without adverse effects but of course use your headf and don`t go overboard too much and eat them in modeate portions only!
