I was wondering what is the cleanest healthiest way to cook chicken breast. I currently am using a toaster over...and Baking it...but am not sure if it is cooking it all the way through. It comes out of the toaster oven looking ugly on one side..(flat)..and round the other.
Then i stick it in the microwave...just to makesure it is cooked.
What's the best way to cook it?

Three words for ya : George Foreman grill. This little grill is awesome for making chicken, burgers, fish or veggies. It's really easy to use. You plug it in, it heats up, and then you can grill the food. Two nice features is that it grills on both sides at the same time, and also it's slanted with a pan at the bottom so fat comes right off and drips down. Get one man, they're awesome. I couldn't imagine living without it. They come in various sizes, but this is the one I have (medium) -> www.grand8marketplace.com/2061.html

i was wondering if i am burning up any protein if my chicken shrunk small....as it like half the size it was originally raw. It is alot easier to carry..as i can put it in a small tubby and into my pocket...but was wondering if i changed a 6oz raw chicken into a 3oz small piece of grilled chicken..would i still be eating 6oz of chicken breast?

Max, the protein content of cooked meat or chicken remains the same as it was when it was raw.
