now i know for a fact that Top Round or Round tip steak is the leaness cut you can get....with the amount of FAT/Protein ratio. With about 25g-30g of protein and 8 grams of fat....per 3-5oz....
Now..how come you suggest only once a week ?? and not make it part of a everyday meal?
Also..how do you usually have your steak? Welldone, rare? I usually go Well done...only fish i go rare..

Max, I only suggest it once a week for people who are trying to lose fat for a contest.
Beef is calorie dense and chicken and eggwhites,etc. are lighter with less fats and calories.
I`m trying to get big so I`m eating a ton of it lately....goodbye abs. ;D

What makes the beef more calorie dense than tuna is the fat content.
Even in the leanest cuts it will most likely contain more calories than tuna,or chicken breasts.

My mom bought home some Top Sirloin steak O well..i was hoping Round Steak...but anyway..how many oz of steak do you suggest for me? I need the calories as you know..hehe..and i love cowboy food. ;D Americans have it great.

Max,as strict as you eat, you could probably eat a whole cow and it wouldn`t hurt you. Personally, after the weight you`ve lost ,I would just eat as much as my appetite dictated. It`s steak, not junk food, and at your weight it won`t hurt you to enjoy a generous portion.

Yea..i guess my training is kind of intense. But since i'm increasing more protein as well..and keeping my Carbs and Fats moderate - low... I think more intensity on my Weight Lifts will benefit too. I guess i'll eat the whole steak..i'll weigh it before i eat it ...and i'll tell you how much i ate hehe.....I'm going to make sure i have Steak once a week..its my cheat..hehe. I mean all bodybuilders eat steak...why shouldn't I ....and they have great abs...most of them... ;D O...and i'm going to have 1/4 cup of almonds each day..those things are good calorie adders..plus good fats and protein and fiber..its the super monkey bean!!! but i got to keep focus..and remember that i'm not bulking...i just want to be lean and cut... points at avatar.

Yea...bought one a week ago..the ones in color!!! i got the blue one...
They work great...i've been grillin my chicken on them...and even my salmon....
But i still try to trim off any visible fat before i put it on....for steaks that is. Chicken..it melts right off..and i simply have to scrape it off.
George Foreman is great....i want to get more of their products....

Had my steak.....it was delicious...fully cooked and juicy...i liked it..and best of all ..i wasn't full.. 12oz...actually....not 8oz!!!

I always like my steak.....well, if I am eating out, I tell the waiter/waitress to wipe it's butt, brand it and bring it out. My wife won't look at it.

I'm going to the Trader Joes for the first time today...see what i can pick up. Maybe find some more Steaks...for next week...get some grounded flaxseed..and maybe check out some of the nice tuna..and rice...o..and pick up some oatmeal... ;D
