just go and get some protein bars. you need to gain weight anyway. at 88 lbs you can afford to get something a little off especialy with the way you are working out now. myoplex makes a good bar with good amounts of nutrients and their bars dont taste all that nasty.

i was wondering Myoplex ehh?? what other companies do you suggest?
I mean is there a protein bar without any sugar in it...?
I just need something with protein, complex carb, and minimal fat....
If not..i'm just going to have to try to sneak in my brown rice and tuna to school.

Yea..i know what you mean Jaxon....thats why i'm doing anything i can to get it back up....without gaining fat....so basically i need to increase calories and protein.
I already begin increasing my portions of chicken and eggs.....and added 1 serving of almonds to my diet...and incorporated back Salmon in my diet.

go into a suppliment store and check out the lables on the bars and if there is something that fits your liking then get it and try it out. i personaly like the myoplex IF I MUST eat a bar, but i try my best to stay away from them as much as possible. there is quite a bit if sugar in most of the bars. sugar is one of the compounds that holds the bar together. if at all possible try the real food (sneaking tuna....kinda hard cause its smells like ass) first and then go the sup route. there are ready to drink shakes out there too that have less sugar... myoplex carb sense is one that doesnt taste all that bad.

hehe....tuna....i guess i have to see how long i can sneak in food in summer school....before they catch on. yea..bars are crap..unless it is an absolute mean of survival...Even Tim says its crap. Real food is better. Thats why i avoid protein powder......why not eat eggs instead..it tastes better...lol. I love eggs.
