I've done some research on good meal replacements for those on the go like me. Whether it is for school, travel, or just a fast meal ...i think you can trust this.

I personally think this would make a good postwork out drink as well....although you might want to add your own quick digesting carbs such as White Rice or Potato.
These shake mix have no sugars..and very low carb...good for before bed if you really need it.
They also have Bannana Cream Pie, cappuccino, chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, orange creme, peaches n Cream, and strawberry flavor.
Keto Bars
Bars are considered Crap by me and even Tim and others on the board. But when you are desperate for a quick meal its better to have this than nothing at all.
I think Keto Bars are the best..as i find them with 3g or lower in sugar. Most don't even have any sugar at all.
There is one flavor i favor most...Oatmeal Raisin!!!

Biochem Low Carb 2
these bars are another kind of bars i suggest to get.
They have barely or no sugar like KETO...only difference is that these bars contain the vitamins and minerals KETO BARS don't have. These bars also contain a good amount of protein and good amount of carbs. Plus the fact of all the vitamins and minerals make this a good complete meal replacement.
Lean Protein Bites
These seem like the best bodybuilding snack there is besides the normal Almonds and Walnuts.
they come in lemon pie, milk chocolate, peanut butter , white chocolate flavor.
