I was wondering when is the best and worst time to eat some Omega 3 fats..such as 8oz of salmon or 3TBSP of Flaxseed.
I mean i hear stay clear of it the meal before workout..and PWO....
But what about the Meal before Preworkout...or the Meal After PWO???

just stay away from fat on your PWO meal... any other time is ok. it is personal opinion to eat fat pre workout... i do, some dont. i dont eat that much tho.

K.....cause i already made a long diet plan for my summer school and off days..i'm ready to go. tomorrow!!!
Got my Shake Ready (still haven't made it yet)....
Got my Eggs (over 300 of them!!!)
Got my Top Round Steak ( hehe )
Got my 2lbs of Salmon...(hmm just had some)
Flaxseed all ready
hehe...time for school.. ;D

Guys..i've been stressing over this for a long time..
I can't seem to find the proper calculation of
8oz steak top round
8oz fillet RAW Norwegian Salmon (fresh)
My calculations come to this..not sure if it is close or not
Steak - 376 calories, 48grams protein, 5g or less fat
Salmon- 330 calories, 48grams protein, 13g of fat ?
What do you think...i tried nutrition data and calorie king already..but they don't show 8oz...i'm just estimating with decimals..hehe.
Help me out...
