For those of you that are new to training I really suggest getting Ronnies new DVD. He is the bstrongest bodybuilder and he trains in 110 degree heat which would kill me. I am watching it for the second time right now and if it does not motivate you nothing will. Plus you will learn some new techniques and get to se the 6 time Mr. O train!

hey cakeater, i've heard about his squats and leg presses in the video, but what about bench. how much does he bench press?

got it yesterday and have seen half. pretty good so far. I just think its nice to see that there is other people who live the lifestyle that i do because noone around my part of the town does. and hes one strong mofo! but he does alot of "short" reps look when i do dumbell presses for shoulders the movement is short as hell but who am i do say to him how to lift the weight hahaha

whssenior,I`m not positive but I`ve heard he benches 500 pounds for 12 reps in the video.

actually he only does 495 for 5 reps. also he does partial reps and does not lock out on a lot of excersises including bench because he is targeting specific muscles. I was a lttle suprised he does not bench more but there is still some impressive stuff in this video. he does shoulder presses with 165 pound dumbells. however I would say his previous video "unbelievable" was more mind boggling but that may be because it would be hard to top that...he did full mtion incline presses with 200 pound dumbells and he front squatted 585 for like six reps.
