I keep reading that Buffalo is really lean...even overall better than BEEF, SALMON, or even Chicken breast nutrition wise.
But i was wondering..is there such thing as a lean cut for Buffalo? i can't seem to find any info on it. Is it just like BEEF...where lean cuts are the same (top round, sirloin)

Go here..this is where i'm going to order my Top Round. An order of 24oz of Top round is only 34bucks...to my location!!!...at least thats what they say ..not sure if that is shipping too. I'm going to eat some of these steaks when i feel my body needs some bulking up after some low low carb routine. ;D

Lots of bodybuilders here love their buffalo. The group I diet with has had some lab studies done. Turns out (as you mentioned) that basically the same generally leaner cuts of beef also apply to buffalo. So the rounds and perhaps sirloin are much leaner. Buffalo is supposed to have much higher natural creatine ratings than beef too.
Unfortunately, the same butchers who were taught to make beef cuts (and ground stuff like sausages, etc.) fatty for taste (and perhaps cost savings) are usually making those same items for the buffalo companies as well. So, like anything else, you can't just point at anything buffalo and believe it to be "lean". Leaner than cow, likely, but "lean"? Absolutely not necesarily.
Stick to the "rounds" and you've got nice lean stuff!
