I know everybody's list is probably very similar...anything Green and Leafy. But thats too complicated for me. For me Broccoli is a Staple. Its probably the best veggie there is. Now i'm currently eating 5 spears of asparagus with Broccoli that equates to 8oz or 1 cup with many of my meals. I was wondering what else is better than asparagus. I don't feel asparagus is as nutritious...as other choices....perhaps Bok Choy ? Any ideas....I'm thinking of Broccoli and Bok Choy....but what is worth replacing asparagus with? I try to keep it simple..

Bok choy is good! Its chinese. We eat it a lot over hear in asia. Just eat any vegetables available max.. lets put it this way in your question bout asparagus and replacements.. get sufficient vegetable(fibrous, leafy) in first before worrying about what kind you consume.
