I was wondering...is it okay to have 4oz of salmon preworkout...then have a PWO Shake ..and then another 4oz of salmon 2hrs after PWO???

Max, no salmon.. please. After weights, pwo shake. After pwo shake, protein and carbs solid food meal ONLY. After pro and carbs meal, salmon would be fine.

Yes yes.....but i asked preworkout....and POST POST workout. I always have Post workout shake without fats. I asked if i can have some before workout..and after workout shake.
I asked this because when school comes by again....my meals will be all screwed up...so i generally eat all my carbs in the early hours..and fats at night. And i'll be working out at night when school rolls by.

Preworkout is ok.. just ok. But make sure there's a time lag like more than 1 hour before you hit the weights. Post post workout is no good. Avoid it.

why is that?? I heard from Tim and Jaxon i should only avoid fats Post Workout..

Yeah, pwo no carbs. they're correct in saying that. When is your post post workout meal may i ask. Its normally 1 hour after the shake.
You do not want any fats to interfere in quick absorption of carbs and protein during that meal. You want clean wholesome foods.

Nevermind..i figure out an alternative...see i'm just planning ahead for school...with my 16 week diet plan which i post on Training Journals.
I'll just have my 1.oatmeal + eggwhites 2. 4oz salmon fillet + brown rice 3. 8oz chicken breast+ veggies 4. 4oz salmon fillet
Workout
5. PWO
6. 10 eggwhites.
Not sure if mixing salmon and brown is good idea..but i think Tim ate FAT AND CARBS together...so i think i should be fine.
