I was wondering....when is the BEST TIME to eat fruit...for cuttin that is..I know fruit is probably bad..but i was just curious. Also Which fruit is best for that "TIME"?
I really miss those bananas....

Max, eat a freakin` banana in the AM with your breakfast will ya`? ;D It`s not going to make you fat if you eat one,you`re not entering the Mr. Olympia next week you know!!

I don't eat any fruit on my contest diet (cutting diet). There's no vitamin found in fruit that cannot be obtained from vegetables (though it's much less enjoyable . T

about what size of banana equals 1/2 cup of oatmeal. I think i'm going to eat a banana!! replace oatmeal on somedays.

Max, like Tim said, eat a freakin' banana . Unless you're doing a contest in a few weeks, there will be no ill effect. Besides, you're bulking now right? Then you need EXTRA calories. Average banana = 80 cals... have some extra oats and a couple friggin' bananas T
