I was wondering how important and how often is a good thing to use a colon clense or some sort of digestive enzyme, I hear some people do use it to improve digestion/absorbtion...

I just think a person should eat a lot of fiber.
Veggies,whole grains,water,and acidophilous found in yogurt will keep the dugestive tract healthy.
Digestive enzymes ,like Papaya,Bromelain,and hydrochloric acid will help aid in digestion absorption,and utilization of nutrients.

Curry powder has ingredients in it that help prevent gas when eaten with protein..and other digestion capabilities.
