Well, I have been cutting for a while now by keeping my calories low, eating low fat low carb high protein foods. Well Im starting to think... If i wanna pack on size, but not gain fat... should i start eating a lot of calories, but low in fat and low carbs? And how bout N large from Prolab is that a good way to go? Because ive been cutting, I dont want to lose them. just pack on more size on my muscles. My abs are out, i dont want them to be covered by fat again. So should i just do that? Either High calorie diet but low fat and low cal, and N large?

i currently as well experimenting. Carb Cycling has helped ..but i think i'm going to move to Maintainence Calories....increase your carbs to Moderate level..keep fat low..mine is usually 20% or lower according to Fitday. Carbs on a lowcarb day would be 16%...protein 66%
High carb...fat would be lowered to 16%...Carbs pumped up to 27%...and protein at 57%.
HIIT cardio keeps bodyfat in check....I'm going to experiment with this for a bit...see what happens. Maintainence calories...lift hard...eat right...and focus.

Eat lots, and often but keep the cals CLEAN! Watch those late night carbs. I would avoid carbs after 7pm (if you goto bed late like me, 1am or 2am).
Clean cals are = lean hamburger, chicken breasts, tuna, brown rice, salad, eggs, protein shake, fresh veggies.
For adding size, focus on those compound movements, man.
