I'm currently trying out Vitamin E ...with my B -complex and Rose Hip 250 vitamin C in them morning.
Should i consider taking Vitamin E on the POST POST workout meal? its 400I.U.

I would simply take it after training as soon as possible.With my PW shake!

It says....take 1 or 2 daily. Preferably after a meal.
So you think i should take it with my Post workout shake and white rice?? It also says it may contain vegetable oil..isn't that fat though??

Max,take 400I.U. after training with a meal or shake,once daily for a guy your size should be sufficient.

ehhh..doesn't Vitamin E have to work with Vitamin C??

I recommend taking both but you don`t have to.They are both antioxidants but work independently of each other providing various benefits.
Vit.E is fat soluble and C is water soluble.
The body cannot manufacture Vit. C and stress and other things causes it`s depletion so it`s really important to take in enough of it daily.
