Since Iam bulking, and wanna stay pretty lean.....would it be a good idea to supplement with CLA? I've read numerous reports on CLA preventing fall cells from getting bigger, and helping the calories you do eat go to muscle tissue.
anyone here try this stuff? I have before, but I was cutting, and didn't notice much of anything.....I took 9 grams a day.
I need some input thanks all!

Brandon: Most of the CLA research (and claims from suplpement manufacturers) centers on studies on mice where CLA did leas to significant reduction in bodyfat. In human tests the jury is still out. - many studies show no statistically significant effects when CLA suplpemnts are given to strength atheletes. Remember that meat and dairy is a good source of CLAs anyway, so it's unlikely you are deficient in CLA intake. Also keep in mind that there are other more important things you need to worry about when bulking and that CLA supplmentation should be fairly low on the list. Bottom line, the only thing you will be able to say with certainty if you supplment with CLA is that your wallet will definitely be lighter just my opinion.

Brandon,I agree totally with Chris!! I never used it and none of my bodybuilding friends use it,and I never heard a pro talk about how great it worked for him.
I never beleive in hyped up supplements that have no proven track record other than the manufacturers claims.
there is a new one out every month or so once the old ones lose favor.
It`s all about the supp companies making that coin!!
