While I've been sick, my metabolism has slowed considerably I'm easily holding a weight while eating almost nothing. So... as I start back (started Monday), I am eating roughly 2/3 of that. Just so know, before I got sick, my cals had INCREASED to 5,500. I should be back up there within two weeks... maybe sooner if I can put out a lot of energy without getting a relapse. Today is the first day in about a month that I feel human again... oddly enough I was sick again for the last three days and my fever came back... GRRRRRRR!!!! I worked a bingo, LOL and then it kicked in. Aside from the obscene amounts of smoke, the only "work" I did was walk around for three hours.
We'll see how it goes anyway.

PS - don't know the breakdown, but check the recipe. Cornmeal is a rough grain and there's nothing in it but some oats that I ground roughly and some milk... pretty basic yet sooooooooo tasty and all ingredients are wholesome.
