Thats it...i'm happy with the bodyfat i'm at right now. I think i really should relax my diet. I feel i'm limiting my variety in veggies and nutrition. Counting calories and carbs from veggies is no fun at all. I think my 16week contest thing is over now. I'm in for 30 days.....but i can't stand it anymore. I think i looked even better when i wasn't restricting myself. I'm not letting myself down..but i feel if i'm eating right and exercising...i'll even get better results. Plus it was just an experiment afterall...to see if i can withstand what TIM and others can do. I can't do it. Restrictive diet is for the REAL PROS. I'm just an amateur kid.... But no worry..i'll still be training hard. I'm just going to stop counting calories.....but i'll keep protein roughly the same. I'll probably add more veggies ..since i'm going to stop counting. I'll eat whatever i see. I think i might as well start bulking...so yea ;D I'll be eating Steaks, Eggs, Canned Tuna, Salmon, Cod, Chicken Breast, RED LOBSTERS restaurant , Sashimi (raw beef, fish, mollusk). This is going to be interesting. I'll adjust my diet as according to the mirror. I'll also start incorporating back my Flaxseed into my diet. I'll start posting up what i eat daily.

Max: First of all you did great , sticking to a diet is hard work. I think one of the issues you may have had is that you were already at a relatively low bodyfat/weight when you started. I remember you mentioning you weighed 89lbs (my memory is bad so I may be completely wrong on this). It's going to be hard to diet down when you weigh so little in the first place. Anyway, it's time to start lifting big and eating big. since you've been dieting for a while, I 'm sure your body will respond very well to some heavy lifting and heavy eating. You will be surprised at how much quality mass you can pack on when you start doing this for the first time. Don't forget that if you are going to start bulking, you will need to adjust your routine accordingly, lots of big compound movements. maybe cut back on some of the cardio. good luck and keep us posted. chris.

Yea..chances are..i'm going to cut my HIIT cardio to 15min. And my incline walk to 40 min. Replace the time i taking out of cardio with Weights instead.

Well dieting is tough and you did some time in on it, you should feel proud of that. It's really important to bulk before a restrictive diet like that too... so you have some surplus and supply to diet from. Take some time now and EAT. Don't be scared of food, eat, eat, eat. The only way to gain size (good or bad) is to take in extra calories. You cannot gain if you don't eat a surplus. T PS - EAT!!! ;D

Eat lots, reduce cardio and lift heavy.

but I personally think i'm eating alot ...can't stomach much more than i'm eating already.
I need calorie dense food!!

Consuming a lot of food takes work. Progressively increase your food intake and you'll soon get used to it.

Max,You did a good kob,dieting is tough and it sux big time.At times it`s necessary depending on ones goals but as Troy and Chris said for a guy as young and as light as you are you really should be trying to build up instead on diet down. With more muscle size and more weight to work with the next time you diet you will look very impressive. I tried to tell you long ago that you shouldn`t be so strict as I thought you were cheating yourself out of valuable foods for a young kid that`s still growing,but you are stubborn just like me!! ;D Anyway,good job bro,and you know a hell of a lot more about nutrition than you did when you joined the board. If you want,we can all get together and set up a plan more for bodybuilding and gaining size for you. Let us know!

Tim...i weighted myself....after i workedout....my current status with light clothings on is 86-89 lbs.
Now i'm happy to gain myself to 110-120lb in time. I'll be needing a whole new carb cycling diet to fit your NEW PLAN for me. Personally i don't think i'm doing the carb cycling thing 100% right anyway. I was doing 2high....followed by a low...then followed by a med. ..then a low...then 2high. So Tim...whenever you're ready...i'm ready to increase in strength and go lean!

can you please stop with the eating ....i'm about to punch a hole in the computer screen ..seriously..i'm doing what i am doing for diet. But what are the routine and plans you guys going to set up for me...i'm slacking off...seriously..i need a workout routine or i am just slacking.

Max: Ok, I will say this one last time and then that's it from me on this subject. I will say this as tactfully as I can: At 86 pounds you are in the bottom 1% of teens your age in terms of weight. Unless you do something about your diet there is absolutely no point in anyone spending the time to help you with your workouts. You will not get any bigger unless you eat more. It's that simple. Right now it wouldn't matter if you had the best exercise guru who ever lived write you a perfect routine - until you do something about your diet it is a waste of time. Quite honestly, if a 15 year old 80lb girl focussed on the really minor points of nutrition as much as you - I would tell her to go visit a counsellor because she is likley anorexic. If you don't want to heed anyone's advice thats up to you, but you cannot then complain when people are reluctant to help you. good luck in however you proceed. chris.
