Well Currently supplements i've been taken come from Protein Shake, B-100 complex, C-250 with rose hip, and Vitamin E 400I.U.
Are there any supplements i should consider using....
Of course the bulk of my vitamins come more from food.

yea..i was just curious..of any supplements that may be good to take..cause i'm having a garage sale right now..and my Sis's Boyfriend used to work at Vitamin World..and he brought over lots of vitamins stuff..including Ripped Fuel Extreme, DHEA, Vitamin Cs, B stress, MRPS (crappy), shark cartilage, fish oils, etc.
Its sitting in the garage right now.. and i can take it for myself anytime.....if it is not sold yet...hehe.

We already made 100s$ ;D I sold all my old toys ...since i spend all my time at the gym anyways. I could use the money on food and supplements instead. Or treat myself to another seafood buffet.

among the pile of vitamins and stuff i found 3 bottles of something i didn't know about:
L-Gluatathione L-Arginine L-Carnitine
Was wondering what these do.
