i eat tons of chicken, way too much i think. i mean Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. should i cut back? because i know its a good source of protien. but the thing is the chicken i eat is like breaded or fried which is also pretty high in fat. should i change my chicken diet.
And also i drink alot of milk(2%). Should i cut back on this or is it a good thing. i probably drink at least 1/4 gallon a day. should i drink more watter instead?

It entirely depends on your goals and your bodytype. If you tend to be a bit on the "plump side", you probably should cut back on the fat. If not, consider eating even MORE chicken and milk in place of those fat calories (even more nutritious food to grow from). In general, here are a couple ideas: - If you can eat chicken every meal, the more power to ya! Nothing wrong with that at all. However, you may want to cut back on the added fat. - Milk is an excellent source of perfect protein and many, many vitamins and nutrients. Again, you may want to cut back on the fat (depending on your goals and your bodytype). Switch to skim milk. At first you'll find it quite "water" but honestly, after a couple weeks you won't know the difference. Major cutback on the fat yet still getting all those great nutrients.
Here's a suggested recipe for cutting the fat out of your fried/battered chicken:
Take your chicken breast, dunk it in eggwhites OR yogurt (no-fat, sweetened with aspartame and there are multitude of flavors to choose from) and then dip it in cornflake crumbs OR try rough-grinding some oats (use a coffee grinder -- practice until you get the right consistency) and dip it in roughly ground oats.
Toss the breasts in a square baking pan and bake in the oven. No fat and tastes great!!
