I always make my protein shakes the night before. Mainly because i don't have time in the morning because of school i was wondering if the protein or aminos in the shake loses any value if i premake...refrigerate..and drink the day after. thanks.

Well..that relieves me alot...this guy from bodybuilding.com mentioned somthing about the aminos being lowered...so the whey would not be as good as FRESHLY mixed.
Its a good thing you say that....cause i already made my shakes for tomorrow. ;D

Yeah, I agree. It's been common practise for a lot of people to pre-make shakes for many, many years.
There doesn't seem to be a logical explaination that the aminos would be deminished or destroyed... just not logical. I used to do the same and still grew.

Not just them. There seems to be many, many notions that surface are then purpetuated over the internet... sometimes there's a tiny morsel of truth to the info. and sometimes it's just right out to lunch.
It's good to test theories and see how they work for you (as long as they're not detrimental health-wise).
