If you have read the Feb 2005 issue of Flex, please do not answer this question. Which IFBB por bodybuilder has the best overall, long term record in the history of the IFBB, and perhaps in the history of bodybuilding? Hint: not Tim Wescott

Guys, the question is not who has the most wins- a position Coleman recently assumed- but who has the best overall long term record: most firsts, seconds, thirds etc combined.

Shawn Ray didn't compete in that many contests, after his earlier career where he would do the Ironman and/or the Arnold, he only competed in the O for years. So, his overall record wouldn't be close to KL's. Really, I'm just telling Tim he's wrong to think that, even after he knows he's wrong. Just wanted to dig!!!

If you are inclined to check ourthe Feb issue, there are other facts in the column that yield the conclusion that Kevin's record is flat-out impressive.
A plug? Yup!
