I like cyclical dieting... though eat over maintenance for about 4-6 weeks, then follow it with 2 weeks of dieting. It keeps me lean while gaining a steady amount of LBM and it also provides nice psychological breaks

That diet gained some popularity during the Bill Phillips days, but died out kind of quick because it was tough to follow. However, I, like str8flexed, believe in cyclical dieting, as it seems to be very stimulating for the metabolism, and allows one to remain leaner while still adding muscle tissue.

serious?? 235+ 5%?? natural?? any pics?? Right now I weigh around 242 or so and my bodyfat is about 7%-8%. Yes, I am "natural" but better put, I am OTC or over the counter. I HAVE done a few prohormone cycles, but not more than 5 or so. I have NEVER used anything illegal and don't plan on it. Sorry, but I don't have any new pics but will take some soon. As Sara said, you can see me in all of the magazines in a 1 or 2 page thread for VPX Muscle Nitrous. |
