I want to lose anywhere from 3-5% body fat, but it's hard with the choices available to me. I was wondering what is a feasible diet based on my limited access to good foods?

WAAAAY too many variables with too little information to give you a reasonable answer.
In general, though, back off on sugar and fat. Many hidden sources of both from condiments (i.e. ketchup, etc.) through gravies and sauces.
Considering that most things pre-made (from the grocery store) or from restaraunts are LOADED with sugars, fats and salt, you're not too likely to succeed.
Please give some more specifics on what you have available and what types of things you will be eating.

is your diet limited because you are on a campus food plan, or because you are poor?

Welcome to the board Wyntrmood, that is a tough question to answer but a few cheap and easy things to use would be:
Success "Boil-in-Bag" brown rice Canned water packed tuna (very cheap) Eggs (use the whites) Non-stick cooking spray Potatoes Canned salmon Salads (with vinegar) Water (free) :Happy Spinner:
Very Spartan like but it can be done if you want it and use your imagination to spice things up a bit!!

Sorry, guys for the lack of information. It's definitely because I'm poor ;D. So, really my limitations are price. I'm 6'1", 160 pounds, thin, but I believe my body fat is prohibiting my abs from "appearing". It doesn't help that I'm gym shy and mostly do push-ups, squats, and use a resistance band for most of my exercises.

Nah, I was just being stupid and not reading what I wrote lol. I meant I used a thick resistance cord to do other exercises.
