i like 93% lean ground beef, and i buy chicken breasts and then grind them in a meat grinder, when the meat is grinded, in my mind it seems like im eating more than i actually i am (mind trick)

i eat kangaroo, and lots of it, its my staple protein source its got all the benefits of red meat, no fat, cooks and tastes similar to a steak (bit harder to cook because of lower-fat, but i've got a hang of it ) also its very high in CLA, iron, zinc and a whole host of other goodies oh yeah, its all free-range, chem and hormone free (unlike chicken) not to mention its cheaper than chicken (at least here in australia!)

Y'all gotta try buffalo. Higher in protein than beef with only 1/4 the fat content. Gotta cook it just right or it dries out too much, but when it's done right, man is it good! Our grocer can't keep enough in stock. :Thumbs Up:
