Hey bro's, just wondering what type of meat you prefer?
Personally, I never get sick of Lean Red Meat. I like to put it on the grill for about 4 minutes a side, and eat it with a warm red center. I can never eat that much Chicken Tit, as I have to resort to swallowing it with a large gulp' of water like a pill of sorts.
Who here lives on red meat?
Can you eat cuts like Eye of Round on a diet?
TY guys!!!

Yeah thats pretty much the norm I think, with bodybuilders eating mainly chicken and beef and also some fish a few times here and there.
I personally prefer to eat Beef and Salmon, I do not like white meat very much, if it offers something over the red meats, then i would eat more of it, but I don't think it does.

Believe it or not i eat all the meats i can..
Like on my hard training day...i get my protein from
Eggs in the morning, Protein shake preworkout/postworkout Beef for lunch Salmon for mid lunch Chicken after that... milk at night.
I get the best of all the protein...i get the fish, red meat, white meat, etc.
Occasionally i might replace chicken with a piece of buffalo. But right now i'm going with the cheap stuff such as Tuna and Chicken breast...as Bulking is heavy on the pocket as it is.
Personally i like seafood best...

Off-season I eat roughly 1/3 beef (offseason only) but from VERY lean cuts only.
However, I also employ cheat meals and will choose a nice prime rib or other such fatty chunk of beef on occasion.
The majority of my diet for meat is always chicken breast. I eat so much food that my intake switched, long ago, to eating for just that (intake)... not for flavor or enjoyment. That's something you learn with contest dieting.

I enjoy eating my beef , tuna, salmon , and seafood raw...
I have sushi buffet here that serves them all raw.hehe...
I also don't mind the taste of tuna...its basically the OTHER RED MEAT. Tuna is RED MEAT. Salmon..i love both caned and fillet salmon. And Chicken..omg..i love chicken. My mom used to call me chicken wing king. But i don't mind eating Breast....more meat..and same chicken flavor. Beef..i used to eat prime rib at this local casino...but hey....no more....even though it was like 2$ for 12oz...plus your choice of baked potato, mashed potato, or french fries ( i chose fries ;D). Now its the leaness beef....Top round for me. ;
I love bodybuilding food...Egg whites and oatmeal especially..not to mention the bananas...rice, and good healthy stuff you can eat.
Enjoy it and you'll forget about "FLAVOR" of your food.

I eat a lot of lean red meat, chicken and turkey. I prefer to have smaller portions of red meat and more often. I also try to have fish at least once or twice a week.

Preference? Ribeye, what do I eat? Strip mostly because it is more lean. Usually 3 times a week and on the other days it's tuna and lots of it.

this is a great topic - I can never keep straight which cuts are best. The biggest ribeyes and strips are what I typically buy and occasionally a couple of big filets but I always feel a little guilty thinking the filets are probably higher in fat but hey - ya gotta live a little chicken, salmon, swordfish, tuna and lean pork chops make up the rest. man - you guys got me hungry now
