My wife and I were at the local organic food co-op today. I saw that they sold a "flourless" bread (yet made with organic wheat sprouts??), and "scottish oatmeal" that is made the way it use to be made; meaning stone round, no perseravites. What do you think of that? Seems interesting to say the least, but I'm wondering if products like these will help with typical Bodybuilding diet.

Check to see if it has at least 2 grams of fiber or more per serving. If it doesnt, it's worthless. Anything that claims to be real whole grain or whole wheat should have 2 or more grams of fiber.

sprouted bread is great, its also known as "ezekiel" bread
this would be a guess, but i'd say scottish oatmeal is steel cut oats.... does it have ingredients on the packaging?

I think taffer's right on the oats.
I've tried the sprout bread too (flatbread, not regular bread though). I liked it but my stomach really hated it ... don't know why.
