I am curiouse to know what kind of supplements you all take. I am more of a food eater myself for protein and carbs..so I just take whey post workout and before bed and I am on m1t/4ad stack (that isn't doing crap)

Nothing fancy for me,here is what I`m taking presently:
Vitamin C-500 mgs.-4xa day Vit. B-Complex-2x daily Vit. E-400 IU`s 2x a day Zinc-50 mg. once daily Calcium-1200 mg. once a day(it`s pre-contest and I eat no dairy foods) Whey Protein-pre,and post workout Dextrose-Post-workout only
Sometimes I`ll add some Brewers Yeast to my protein drinks.....it`s old school, but it`s loaded with a ton of B-Vitamins.

Protein and nothing but protein. I will be starting to use creatine CEX by VPX this week. Other than that, it's all protein. I do use Nitromine by PRD Sports, but that's again just amino acids. Okay, just remembered, I also just starting taking in BCAA's as well. Again, protein. Moral of my post, my top three supplements are :
1. Protein 2. Protein 3. Protein.

Year around:
BCAAs glutamine creatine (12 wks on, 4 off) EFAs multivitamin vitamin C whey
Other specialty supps go in and out of my program depending on current goal.

taffer,
you may want to try Udo's choice oil, it's better than plain fish oil. You won't "see" a difference physique wise but for overall health.
As far as my supps:
Multivitamin Glucosamine/chondroitin/msm combo Extra C & E Micronized Creatine Mono Glutamine - I know there is controversy surrounding this supp, not with me though, for the immune system benefits alone, it's awesome Whey Isolate & glucose post workout True protein blend Lean Mass Matrix MRP's (not daily but when in a rush or a meeting)
I have also tried some thermogenics, recently tried Myochem's new fat burner & pre workout formula
BCAA's - ONLY when dieting on minimal calories, not needed all the time.

supplements i've takened: 1.Vitamin C with rose hip (500mg -1000mg) 2.Vitamin B-100 3.Vitamin E-400I.U. 4.Whey Protein 5.Plain Creatine monohydrate 6.CEX 7.VPX Micellean Bioactive super food (mrp) This saved me when i was in Hong Kong 8.banana This saved me too when i was in hong kong 9.fat free milk ...at least half a gallon daily 10.flaxseed/flax oil
