The chart that shows the levels of carbohydrates and how they affect your blood sugar. I forget the name of it? Like oatmeal is like a 30 and potatoe is like 110. If you could supply the chart i would be grateful.

See rice cakes on the GI..They are rated as High..Rice cakes used to be a staple to any diet back in the 80's and early 90's.

Personally ,I think the GI is overated.......good for diabetics but not for bodybuilders.
If you set an allotted amount of carbs for yourself for the day,when trying to lose excess fat.........as long as you do not go over that allotted amount,you will be fine...........as long as the carbs are not junkfood, and are from clean sources.
That being said,I know a ton of guys who get ripped and they eat a ton of rice cakes,which are as high as a Snickers bar on the GI list.............thing is,they never took in excessive amounts of carbs,so they lost fat/weight.
If you know that you lose fat on 125 grams of carbs with your activity level.then it matters not if they are high or low on the GI list...........just eat clean.

when you guys say rice cakes..do you mean like the Quaker's Rice Snacks..? Where it looks like a bag with a round disk like cracker..that is as big as your palm..
