About 3500 cals. 430 grams protein, 320 grams carbs,50-60 grams fat. Al is going well. Thanks for asking.

Looks like a damn good plan to me also........one thing I don`t get is why the dextrose pre-workout instead of post-workout?? :Dunno:

I tried to get the quick energy. I used gatoraide in the past with good results. There is dextrose in my post as well. The pre workout drink is fairly new to me and i dont know if I am a real fan yet. Experiment...

This is alot of carbs for me. I usually do something like Bodyfx's diet, but decided to go for one last hoorah before summer. I am sure I will go back to low carbs as soon as my gut gets bloated. Wont be long.. Ha This will be me
