I have a tendency to get hyper involved in whatever I'm doing. unfortunatly that means on some weekends the eating goes out the window. I dont cheat, I just dont eat , period.
Brandon and Tom's solution is simple. Just eat whatever I want, just eat and try to stick to the schedule.
I've hit a plateau at 200 and we're pretty sure it's the food thing.
What do you guys suggest?
TIA
Brock

Carry food with you whereever you go and try to eat approximately every 3 hours or so.............why train like psycho, and then not feed the body? Even a protein bar is better than nothing at all. C`mon brother...........you can do it!! Think of the progress you have made, and the goals you`ve set........don`t slow down now!!

yep- I keep reminding myself of the "to reach 250 you have to eat like a 300 pound man"
Since the ultimate for me would 300 lbs, then eat like a 350 lb man?
I saw at Wally World MetRX and others have some pricey bars claiming 40 grams protein each. Is that not more than you could utilize in one sitting?

And your having trouble eating enough food to break over the 200lb mark..I dont think you realize how much food it takes to build and maintain even a 250 pound LEAN body..nevermind a 300lb one. I think you should think smaller like 5 pound weight gains instead of 100.

Sorry - that was rude of me! You don't know my story and i dont know yours.
I'm pleased to report that my eating was much better this weekend. it took some concerted effort, but i did manage it.
Thanks for the words of encouragement!
