Sometimes I have one (whey) of these in the morning for breakfast if I am in a hurry. I may throw in some low fat yougurt, a banana or some strawberries. problem is that I am hungary again in an hour.
Do any of you add something to your drinks to make it hold off your hunger for a longer period of times? Thanks

Your eating simple sugars along with your protein drink, and your not eating any fiber. You need to eat complex carbs that take awhile to break down and provide a longer energy supply. The bodybuilding staple for that would be OATS. Buy the quick oats,they take a minute in the microwave and provide a sustained energy source plus a ton of fiber. The fiber will keep you full longer because it takes longer to digest. If you dont like Oats any high fiber cereal will work.

Add some fiber in the form of oatmeal...yes, you can blend dry oatmeal right into the shake, and/or add some good fats like almonds or natural PB.
You could also switch to a casein based powder in the morning, which absorbs into the system much slower and staves off hunger better.

I use Fiber cereal. Like "ALL FIBER" in low carb milk and strawberries. Also use flax or Udos or Natty PB. Personally I would use one scoop whey and make up for the protein difference in egg whites..
