Works like most NO products. Has a major itchy flushing effect due to the niacin.. Bothers my stomach, but then again everything bothers my stomach. Havnt found an NO product that does not upset my belly!!!!! Not worth it in my book. I am now using V12 pre workout. I like this better... Still not GREAT, but whadayagonnado?
