The thing I hear most about food is that six small meals around the day are ideal. But I have to go to school from 7:30 to 2:10 with 90-minute classes with only five minutes inbetween, and then three times a week I go to work from 4:00 to 10:00. Can anyone recommend anything that counts as a small meal that can be pre-prepared and eaten in about five minutes?

A can of tuna A cold chicken breast with a cold baked potato Protein drink Protein bar...........but only as a last resort
I know cold food sux but I`ve been doing it for years.........not because I like it,but because I had to.

It's not what you want to do, but what you HAVE to do. I've probably been in every type of food situation possible, and since I eat basically only meat, that makes it that much harder. I remember being on the road, traveling in my band, and the only places we stopped were truck stops. Beef jerky became my best friend. I'd also load up on tuna, and boy did the guys HATE me when I opened a can of tuna in a Ford 15 passenger van. The windows could get down fast enough. I'd also suggest having a good, big breakfast, and then taking a protein shake or two with you. In the five minutes before class, you can jam to the water fountain (or have a couple bottles of water on hand in your bag) and fill up for a quick meal.

Protein shake + Banana
Mrp shake.
chicken breast
are the only things i can think of that is easy enough to eat in 5min.

Yup, some great ideas there. I know I just go ahead and eat anyway... in meetings, whatever. If somebody has a problem with it I'll stop.
Nobody has yet... just have to live with making a spectacle of yourself, LOL!!

I dont have any other suggestions do, but i can say that i have leave meetings many times, inventing that i must go to the toilet… and just eat a cold chicken breast or a shake in 5 minutes hidden in the toilet! ;D
I love this sport!
This is the exemple of what we must do... but not what we want to do ;D

Alrighty...thanks for the tips!
At the sub sandwich place where I work we get these chicken breasts to slice up...they smell and taste so good I would buy a box of them and eat them like popcorn in front of the TV. Maybe I should bring those to school, if my boss will let me buy some of them...
