I thought doing 4800cals + i was doing pretty well before...but now i'm getting fat fast. My "Buffness" is literally disappearing and i'm at 140+ lb right now....So just to slow down a bit and try to gain muscle little by little or 1lb per week ..i decided to do the following:
meal 1 5 whole eggs 1 cup oatmeal 1 banana
meal 2 (between class) 2 scoops whey 1 banana
meal 3 (lunch time) 6oz beef 92g rice vegetables
meal 4 (before workout) 2 scoops whey 1 banana 1/4 tsp salt 1tsp CEX
meal 5 (after workout) 2 scoops whey 5 TBSP Dextrose 1/4 tsp salt 1tsp CEX
meal 6 10oz top round beef 92g rice broccoli
Also..through out the day i'll have 8 cups of fat free milk.
Before bed i'll have 1 TBSP of flax oil
fitday total cal:4025 fat: 98g carbs: 437g protein:346g

Max, you may need to drop some carbs increase protein and separate fat from carbs

...dropping the carbs i understand..but i'm not going to do that just yet...when i want to get lean i will ;D
but why fat from carbs?
the only meals i see that is fat and carb would be breakfast and beef and rice combo...
