I really don't see the point in training until your body falls apart... Unless you're on juice there is no way your body can recover... Isn't wisdom finding the right amount that works for you?

Very true,I train as intensely as I can but I seldom go over 12 total sets for bigger bodyparts ,and 6-10 for smaller ones.
All the training in the world is for naught with out proper reouperation. John seems to have found his niche ,but I guarantee you that it wouldn`t benefit most of us to train like he does.
It`s inspiring to read about though,and really psyches me up.

Have known John a few years and he is as intense as they come. And his training is really not for everyone.
But I agree that he is inspirational and was a help to me. He and his wife Sherry are fantastic and they manage the personal training department of a Worlds Gym chain in Florida. He trains hard but has no plans or desire to compete again.
