I'd have to go with NO on that one. But I'm guessing only.

i doubt it...height is going to have more to do with nutrients than calories, id think

See ..i always hear that you won't GROW if you don't eat....so i thought if you're burning off your calories...you won't grow any taller.
but i guess it also has to do with Genetics, and nutrients vitamin D and calcium??

well, there are so many different aspects to consider when you talk about "growing"...your body needs the nutrients, and calcium (and vitamin d) and all that for bone growth, which is what we're talking about...calories don't directly affect that, but in a significant caloric deficit for a long enough time your body starts to do weird things...

oh, and btw, i just realized: your height is more or less pre-determined, based on the size of your "growth plates" (really called epiphyseal plates), which are little segments of basically cartilage (not really, but close enough) between the shafts of your bones and the "heads"... as you grow, this "cartilage" more or less becomes bone, or fuses, and creates one solid bone essentially...i don't know of anywhere that CALORIES come in directly

i doubt it, only if you are malnourished will it reduce growth

Max. when people say that, they mean grow in SIZE!
As str8 said, unless you're malnourished (and that's not very common in the general populace in North America), you'll grow to your potential height.
Height is genetically pre-determined (barring external influences -- you're not drinking benzine are you? LOL)
