What about pre workout carbs. I need to take in 20-50 grams 1 -2 hours before training. Anyone else do this? Most definitly YES, 20 min. to 1/2 hour b4 training for me. and thanx for the kind words on my avatar.

I cant take in carbs less than 1-2 hours pre workout due to the fact that I am using V12. Has to be taken on an empty stomach 1/2 hour before training.
